Prayers for Today

We could use your prayers for our doctor's appointment today. We have an ultrasound scheduled as well. Please pray that there would be some clarity as to what our best next steps are with scheduling my c-section... whether it's sticking to our original time frame or possibly scheduling it early (which is not my favorite idea). Please ocntinue to pray that the terbutaline continues to keep the contractions at bay and that my body continues to adjust to it. And please pray for a sense of God's peace for us. I think having a plan in place was helping to give Spencer and I a feeling of some stability in the midst of a really difficult time, yet it feels as if all of those plans are completely up in the air right now. We know that God's timing is what's right, and we want to be open to that.

Thanks... I will update later this afternoon.

I have been reading your blog for awhile now. I go from being absolutely heartbroken for you to being in awe of your faith and how God is using sweet Isaac to touch the world.

When I read that you would only have minutes with your son...I can't even explain it. I wanted to cry out to God...Minutes? Are you kidding me, God? Minutes? No parent should have to endure that. But His grace is sufficient and you are so clearly displaying His grace.

I have been and will continue to pray for your family as the bittersweet arrival draws near...

Stacy,

Tell Isaac to stay in there a little bit longer. Norrah just sent him a present today. :)

Praying for you.

Stacy, I've been following your blog here at Drew ES, where you and Spencer met and fell in love! I just had to write to let you know that I am in awe of your spiritual strength, your spirit, and your uncondional love for your family. The music is awesome and plays in my head all the time even at the most random times! I always say a prayer for Issac when I hear the chorus of "Can you hear me?!" I just wanted you to know that I am also one of the millions of people praying for you, Spencer and your precious Issac. Your story has touched my heart in ways you may never know, as I am sure it has for many others. I am a better person because of your little Issac! Your writing is beautiful and Issac is lucky to have parents as loving and giving as you and Spencer. I'm praying always...Connie Edsinger
