You have touched me with your words in a way that my heart has needed to hear for some time now. I haven't lost a child & will never know the impact of that and the incredible heartache. But the words "insignificant, shame & broken" are way too familiar to me and the comfort of hearing from someone that truly knows hurt, that I am still so valued by Him that sent Love to me through His son, is immeasurable. Thank you so much for reminding me of that. And I hope you know that you are wise and comforting in ways that you might never realize, even to those of us that are in different circumstances. God bless you for being His witness! I believe God uses pain in significant ways to help others....you are proof of that!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-178657934065016194.post-33971691540404224342009-12-29T09:19:46.243-05:002009-12-29T09:19:46.243-05:00So beautiful, Stacy...thank you for this!So beautiful, Stacy...thank you for this!Kelly @ Sufficient Grace Ministrieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11182310611088290551noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-178657934065016194.post-50011372065750284112009-12-28T18:28:45.184-05:002009-12-28T18:28:45.184-05:00Such a beautiful post. They were created to worship God, both in our fleshly bodies and forever, and that is something so incredible it's hard to imagine. I think this carol might be touching on that. That we would know the value and significance of what our souls were created to be. That we would know what our souls are worth.

This is so much bigger than politics. However, if you are saying a baby is incapable of sustaining life without the nourishment and care of the mother while in utereo I would have to urge you to think about how a baby receives nourishment and basic life need fulfillment once delivered. I now have 2 children and am expecting a third. I know that they are all fully dependent on me to live. It's not looking like that will end anytime soon.
Thanks for the post Stacy.
