- I am a 40-something mom, wife, teacher-turned-realtor, daughter, sister, friend, and mommy to two babies in heaven; to our sweet little Isaac with whom we spent the most precious 16 minutes before he went to be with Jesus; to his baby sister, Eliana, who was born March 4,2010 and brings so much joy and spunk to our lives; to Isaac and Ellie's little brother Jacob who was born on December 28, 2011; and to our sweet little Ryleigh Grace...doing my best to be a beacon of light to the world as I learn to be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, and faithful in prayer.

Precious. Even though she will have never had the chance to "meet" Isaac, I have no doubt she will know how many hearts and lives he has touched, and how very much alive his memory is. You are great parents!

I know how bittersweet those moments can be. All we can do is keep making our little ones who are gone a part of our new babies' lives. I talk to Emerson about Gavin quite a bit and as she grows she will keep learning about her amazing big brother. Hugs.

About 3 1/2 months ago, some friends of mine lost their baby after carrying her for 9 months. Desperate to help them, I received some advice from you on thebump.com and have been following your blog ever since. Your daughter is absolutely stunning. I cry every time I visit your page and read about your healing and love for Isaac. I've recommended your blog to my friend to see if it helps her heal in any way.
